This is a heritage healthy chestnut tree that has been cut down. It is along a trail in the woods once used by pilgrims and travellers. Despite some sponsors offered Kyoto protocol credits in euros to reduce deforestation and, consequently, to cut down the carbon footprint, a mindless wood harvesting continues even in natural reserves.

This print is UNMATTED and UNFRAMED, pictured with mat to illustrate size and suggest framing option.

Printed on Canson or Hahnemühle 300 gr/m2 paper.
